Our Story

Fifteen years of quiet craftsmanship.

Alim began as a nine-seat counter in a candle-lit alleyway. Today it is a room of two hundred, still lit by candles, still built around the same idea — that great international cuisine should feel less like a performance and more like a long, generous conversation.

Our kitchen brigade brings together traditions from Kyoto to Piedmont, Marrakech to Mexico City. Every plate begins with an ingredient worth travelling for, and every service ends the way it began — with a bow.
